Josh Cotton is the Founder, Owner and Team Lead of the Move Me to Florida Team, powered by Round Table Realty. Before entering real estate, Josh spent a decade in banking, including private banking with JPMorgan Chase. Having personally relocated between multiple major markets, he understands the questions and challenges buyers face when moving to a new area.
The Move Me to Florida Team has closed more than $200 million in residential real estate throughout Northeast Florida. Josh specializes in relocation, residential sales, new construction, remote purchases and upper-end/luxury real estate, with particular expertise in St. Johns, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and Jacksonville.
His approach is consultative and highly hands-on, helping clients understand not just which homes are available, but how communities compare, what areas best fit their lifestyle, and what factors could affect their investment over time.
